What is the best way of viewing the site?
We advise that you view the site through Internet Explorer, level 4 or higher
as the design has been optimised for this type of browser.

Adjusting size of type
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Click on View, then choose Text Size or Text from the menu and highlight your preferred size.

Printing out web pages
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Click on File, then choose Print from the menu. If the web page is too wide for your standard A4 paper, go to Page setup and select landscape orientation instead of portrait.

How can I bookmark the site?
Bookmarks are an useful way to save the web addresses of sites you visit
frequently. Once you've added a bookmark to your list, it stays until you
decide
to
delete it.
- Internet Explorer, level 4 or higher: When you are viewing the web page you want to bookmark, go to Favourites in the toolbar, select Add to Favourites and click OK. Then, in the future, when you want to access this page again go to Favourites and select that page from the menu below.
- Netscape 4, 5 or 6: Select the Bookmarks menu on the toolbar and choose Add current page. This will add the page you are viewing to your Bookmarks list. When you want to access this page at a later date, go to Favourites
and select that page from the menu below.
- Opera 5: Select the Bookmarks
menu on the toolbar and choose Add current document here. This will add the page you are viewing to your list. To access this page at a
later point, go to Favourites and select that page from the menu below.
- Other Browsers: Please refer to the Help pages of your browser.

Setting up your browser email preference
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Click on Tools, select Internet Options. Click on Programs and select the email program that you use. This means that when you click on
an email link on your web page, it will automatically open up your email
package
and allow you to send an email.
You can further customise your browsers by, in Microsoft Internet Explorer,
clicking on Tools and selecting Internet Options.

Retrieving your username and password
If you have registered for access to FDF's members' area and forgotten your
password, go to the lost password page and enter your email address. Your username and password will then be sent
to you automatically.
